We are going the extra mile to be more sustainable, create healthier dishes, and actively support good causes. We are a bunch of do-gooders. And so are you and anyone else who wines and dines at Humm.

We’re totally plant based

Why—you ask?

We could hit you over the head with reasons why, but you're not here to debate. You're here to have a good time and eat well. And that's exactly what we're still offering: good food, good vibes, good times. Our dishes are just a tad more colorful and wholesome.

We use organic ingredients

We mainly use organic ingredients in our dishes. That way, what you put in your mouth is the way nature intended it.

We rely on the different farmers to serve you the best and freshest greens and get them delivered in reusable crates.

We go for zero waste

We think stuff through. We shop smart, store wisely, and do anything to avoid throwing food in the bin. Luckily, serving only plant-based dishes makes this easy (chick)peasy.

We serve water and kombucha from tap (bye bye bottles), use fancy metal straws and even use reusable buckets for our coffee beans.

We support Wooha


We donate a nice chunk of our earnings on water to Wooha. Wooha is a non profit that persuades restaurants and bars to ditch bottled water and serve tapped water instead.
